When will I receive my order?
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been processed. Transit times are determined by shipping method but for mainland UK we ship using Royal Mail Track 48 signed for which aims to deliver our orders within 2-4 days. What's your return policy?

We strive for 100% satisfaction with all GU Energy products. If you are unhappy with any item purchased at GUenergy.com, you may return it unopened for a replacement or refund within 30 days. Please call 07748382125 we’ll arrange your return. Please note, all shipping charges are non refundable.
