I’m not superstitious.

Seeing me train is funny.

Humor.

If you were not a pro athlete, what would you do professionally?
I am also a photographer.

When you were a kid, what did you dream of becoming when you grew up? 
The President.

On the Road Again. 

How do you reward yourself when you reach a key goal? 
I eat a lot of ice cream.

If you were a flavor of GU, which would you be? 
Pecan pie a la mode.

If you were a contestant on Survivor, what would be your one comfort item from home? 
My guitar.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what flavor of GU would you want with you? 
Plain, so I could add it as sweetener to my coconut water.

What’s the most creative way you’ve ever eaten your GU? 
I add it to my oatmeal in the morning on expeditions.

International Campaign for Tibet; Machik.

Three things people don’t know about you?
I like pecan pie a la mode for breakfast. I play the guitar and sing (badly). I am obsessed with surfing.
